Celtic legend Neil Lennon has been confirmed as an award presenter at club’s Player of the Year event this Sunday. The Irishman who served the club as a player and manager will take to the stage at the OVO Hydro as the club conduct an incredible POTY awards for the 2023/24 season.

In a post on Wednesday afternoon, the club confirmed that Lenny would be returning to Paradise alongside Georgios Samaras and Crystal Palace forward Odsonne Edouard, who served Lennon with distinction during Lennon’s second spell as manager.

It will be good for Lennon to be back in the fold of the club. His stats speak for themselves. Lennon won ten titles with Celtic, eight Scottish Cups and three league cups in two spells as manager and as a player. He will always be a Celtic legend but it was clear that his time as manager was up during that disastrous COVID-19 season.
